1. General Policy

ETaxwala follows a transparent and fair refund policy. However, due to the nature of compliance and professional services, once a service has been initiated or completed, no refund will be provided except in specific cases mentioned below.

2. Eligible Refund Scenarios

Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:

• a) Duplicate Payment: If you have made a double payment for the same service by mistake, we will process the refund of the extra amount after verification.
• b) Service Non-Delivery: If ETaxwala fails to deliver the promised service due to internal error or non-performance (and not due to user's delay or non-compliance), we will initiate a refund.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will NOT be applicable in the following cases:

• If the service is already initiated or partially/fully completed.
• If delay or non-completion is due to user's failure to provide required documents or correct information.
• If the user changes their mind after making the payment.
• If government fee, penalty, late fee, or third-party charges have already been paid on your behalf.

5. Cancellation Policy

Once the payment is made and the service process has started, cancellation is not possible unless explicitly agreed by ETaxwala in writing.
